INTEGRATIONAL INTERRELATIONS OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY AS A FACTOR OF MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY PROGRESS

There is a trend of forming integrational interrelations of education, science and industry in modern society according to the requirements of the information society. In Russia one can only observe origination of system unity of these social institutes. Mutual changes during integration are expressed by integrational forms such as educational-science-industrial associations and educational-scienceindustrial complexes. Development of integrational forms tends to intensification of connections between education, science and industry and system formation of informational processes. It forms system integrity mediated by information technology. Current integrational forms of the system «education – science – industry» (engineering Centers, Business Incubators, technopolises, technology parks) differ according to their goals, missions and completeness in which there is the system of social relationships. These relationships determine a degree of technical and technological, scientific, educational compatibility and opportunity for optimal moving of people and information based on unity of values, goals and recourses of their implementation. Current integrational forms are the base of implementation of Russian policy in scientific and technical area and area of forming highly qualified specialist meeting modern professional and social requirements. Influence process of social institutions of education, science and industry are interdependent. Implementation of the objective function of education (formation of personality) by integrational forms is not possible having the education focused on the requirements of science and industry only. It is necessary to have science and industry focused on the requirements of education as well, which is possible through social learning and self-education. Increase of autonomy in the process of performance of scientific and production functions tends to radical changes in the learning process because teachers and students have common object of activities – information which is the major source of information society. That’s why integrational interrelations of education, science and industry are both the condition and the dominant factor of progress of the Russian society.
